Tigran Badalyan, Founder and CEO of STUDIO-TA Bureau, will speak about a case study dedicated to the Wedding Palace project (https://ta.studio/project/dvorec-brakosochetaniya /) in the Belgorod region, with which the bureau won the competition. Among the participants of the discussion on legislation in architecture are the chief architect of the bureau “Close—up” Sergey Nikeshkin, chief architect, GC “Spectrum” Vyacheslav Kochnov, Deputy General Director of LLC “Mesonproekt” Roman Byalkin.
