The residential complex “Novatoria” designed by the architects of STUDIO-TA, took a leading place among the residential complexes of Primorskiy region according to results of the All-Russian rating “TOP residential complexes” on Unified Resource of developers (ERZ.RF) for January 2022.

ERZ.RF is the only one in Russia that performs an automated assessment of the consumer qualities of residential complexes registered on the resource of Russian Federation, and their automatic ranking by the points scored.

The assessment is carried out according to 106 parameters divided into 17 groups, including “Architecture and facades”, “Transport accessibility”, “Social infrastructure”, “Parking”, “Yard spaces and security”, “Consumer characteristics of houses and apartments”, “Engineering systems”, “Elevators”, “Entrance”, “Input groups” and others.
