Last weekend the award ceremony of the International Property Awards 2020-2021 was held in London. During a live broadcast online from Great Britain the organizers of the award chose the best among leading European companies and bureaus.

STUDIO-TA and City-XXI Century submitted their project of the residential complex Minopolis Divnoe to the prestigious competition in London, despite the pandemic that swept the whole world, and the project  was recognized as the winner in the “Architecture of a residential complex” nomination.

The International Property Awards is considered the major award in the real estate industry. Its results are evaluated annually by 80 real estate experts.
