During the period from October 2021 to March 2022, all new buildings in Russia were evaluated for compliance with the parameters of the “Smart House”, ranking was made and class was assigned to all newly built and newly built residential complexes, and the first register of smart new buildings in Russia was created. The residential complex “Novatoria”, designed by the creative team of STUDIO-TA, confidently stepping over the qualification requirements to be called a smart house, became the only residential complex in Primorskiy region that received the category “D” as a “smart home” with advanced technological solutions, and the first business-class residential complex in the region that passed certification at all according to the criteria of “smart home”.

The solemn presentation of the diploma to the representative of “Areal-Development” took place at the developers’ conference “Housing Construction: New Challenges and Prospects”, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the National Association of Developers and the ERZ portal.
